To: JBL VRX900 Series Distributors, Dealers and Users:

JBL Professional has revised its recommendations for the maximum number of VRX900 Series Loudspeakers that can be suspended together in arrays.

As in previous recommendations, no more than six (6) VRX932LA line array elements alone should be suspended from a single VRX-AF Array Frame. If VRX918S subwoofers alone are suspended from a single VRX-AF Array Frame, no more than a total of six (6) subwoofers should be suspended. When used in combination, two (2) VRX918S subwoofer and four (4) VRX932LA line array elements are the maximum that should be suspended together from a VRX-AF Array Frame.

These and other recommendations are reflected on pages 16 and 17 of a new version of the VRX User’s Guide, P/N 353551-005. You are advised to refer to the full details of these new recommendations, which can be found at http://www.jblpro.com/products/portablesound/vrx/PDFs/VRX900_users_guidea.pdf

JBL Professional advises all VRX900 Series users employing the products in all applications to restrict the size of configurations to within the limits in the new VRX User’s Guide. Please inform all VRX users of this new information. For further information, please contact JBL Professional.
