Online videos feature Frank Filipetti, Nathaniel Kunkel and Paul Sandweiss speaking about their careers and success with JBL studio monitors at www.jblpro.com/LSR
NORTHRIDGE, CALIFORNIA, November 7, 2007 JBL Professional has launched a new website
(www.jblpro.com/LSR) dedicated to its LSR Series studio monitors, providing customers with a comprehensive source of dynamic, educational and entertaining media. The new site features video interviews highlighting the projects and philosophies of JBL customers and their applications for LSR studio monitors. Subjects include award-winning engineers and producers Frank Filipetti, Nathaniel Kunkel and Paul Sandweiss.
We are pleased to present live interviews with Frank Filipetti, Paul Sandweiss and Nathaniel Kunkel speaking about their careers, and their choice of JBL LSR studio monitors, said Peter Chaikin, Director of Marketing, Recording and Broadcast, JBL Professional. JBL technologies are profoundly impacting the studio monitor landscape and these interviews, along with a range of resources on the site, are designed to educate our customers on the benefits of our technologies. Rich in content, the site features information on all JBL studio monitor products, including downloadable specification sheets, white papers, technical documents and literature.
JBL has led the charge in minimizing the influence of the room on accuracy at the mix position. Two technologies in particular, RMC (Room Mode Correction) and LSR (Linear Spatial Reference) technology, allow JBL studio monitors to provide greater accuracy in any room and the new website covers these in animated tutorials and whitepapers. An expansive archive of product reviews for both the LSR6300 and LSR4300 Series studio monitors is also available, as is a page that documents the cache of awards these products have earned in recent years. Additionally, the News section contains a database of press releases that detail recent events related to the product line.
To guide customers and consultants in getting the most performance out of the JBL LSR studio monitors, the LSR website provides a Support section, where customers can download documentation, specifications and the most recent software and firmware for the new LSR4300 Series studio monitors.
