CBT Calculator 1.0.0.3
(4 MB) The CBT Calculator is an engineering tool allowing audio professionals to design JBL’s patented CBT Constant Beamwidth Technology™ line array column loudspeakers into a wide variety of venues.
The CBT Calculator shows the vertical coverage, sound level capability, and evenness of coverage of either one or two CBT speakers, set to various settings, in a room with up to 4 independent listening planes. This calculator provides the SPL vertical coverage mapping of a proposed design, and computes the frequency response of up to 6 listener locations (on up to 4 listening planes) as well as an SPL summary of the selected microphone locations over user-defined frequency bands.

DSC280 Software v4.1
DSC280 Software v4.1 (71kb): This Self-Extracting Archive contains the latest programs for the DSC280 including Sound Power and Venue Series tunings. The update includes both program (*.xpg) files that can be loaded individually and complete sets (*.xal files) that can be used to reprogram the entire DSC280 memory. Also included are MIDI files of these programs that can be loaded with a standard MIDI Interface and Window's Media Player or other MIDI player. Version 2.0 changes to a new underlying framework (Microsoft DOTNET V1.1), making operation more dependable despite periodic changes in Windows via Windows Updates, which would occasionally interfere with the previous version.
System Requirements:- For Windows computers. Requires DOTNET V1.1, which is included with most versions of Windows XP and Vista.
Installing -- Unlike previous versions, DSD needs to be "installed" via an automatic installation process.
To do so, double-click on SETUP.EXE. If you need to install the DOTNET V1.1 framework, you will be advised.
