HLA Vs Meyer Vs Turbo

I am in the immediate process of setting up a NEW TOURING COMPANY in Australia. I have only used HLA once in a dance party environment, ( courtesy of JANDS Electronics Australia).I found the boxes to be fantastic, although making a slight error on a 2 - 1 ratio, the bottom end didn't hang in as expected. My simple question to you pro HLA users is, Is it the SPL that they deliver or the quality of frequency response through different volume applications.

Currently on my aggenda is a: Turbo Flash/Flood, comprising 48 assorted mid high cabs & 48 subs. b: Meyer MSL6,MSL4,PSW6,SB-1,650P,DSP4,PSW-2 C: 48 Stacks of HLA
