The subject of cross rental pricing came up during our owners meeting in January, but, we never really tossed out any numbers. I figure we have an investment of somewhere between $60,000 -$65,000 for each block of 8 & 4 w/power. Any suggestions on a fee structure fair to both rentor and rentee that allows for profit margin? And, should the rate be weekly as to allow for shipping? Would the other owners like to see some sort of card rate or would you prefer to negotiate each rental on a "per need" basis?
