Hi Rob;
Our company has used our HLA for many small events. We have used the HLA for concerts in small high school auditoriums. Some of the problems we have encounterd is the tight coverage angles the HLA has. The coverage is more direct, and very tight. We had some problems in small rooms with alot of sound bouncing back, to the stage from the back walls. Because of the high acoustical output,we only use 2 4895's and 1 4897 Sub per side. We have the DSC 280 processor, using this processor, memory number 12 for a small room we can make a program to make the HLA sound good. Just try it once and you will be amazed at how well these work. Hope this information will be helpful.
