JBL has been working with ATM Flyware on additional options to the standard MEGS-JBLHLA Truss Module.
1. New ATM part No., MEGS-JBLHLA-TL. This is a light duty, fully-adjustable truss module that weighs 25% less (97 lbs. / 43 kg instead of 127 lbs. / 58 kg). It uses thinner-gauge steel stock and can safely suspend 2 HLA units deep per frame.
2. New ATM part No., 3/4x4.5"QRP This is a Quick Release Pin, handy for those of you who want a faster method of making changes on truss module bolts when re-positioning angles on the HLA Truss Modules. Can be used on the connecting bar swivel, the connecting bar adjustment points, and the suspension point adjustment locations.
3. COMING SOON - A FIXED-ANGLE HLA Truss Module, sturdy enough to suspend up to 10 HLA units like the normal one, but weighing signicantly less (only 75 lbs. / 32 kg each). Styled like the current heavy duty unit, but with no sliding/adjustable sleeves or couplers.
