Those of you present for the USA HLA Owners' Meeting met Jonathan Collins, head of JBL Customer Service.

Jonathan understands your needs (he's an old 'road-dog', formerly touring as tech support for the group Shadowfax).

Before contacting your JBL Distributor or Rep for any parts on the HLA SYSTEM, make sure you have a current copy of the HLA TECHNICAL MANUAL. It lists all Part Numbers and has visual graphics that clearly show each part in the system.
